I am also working on my thought patterns, which historically have been I realise quite negative. I have saved your Top Tips page to my favourites and am trying to read them every day. I am hoping that over time I will automatically think elegantly and as you have said in your final paragraph, hopefully this will eventually become a natural process and so when I do fancy that extra glass of wine, I will become more Holly Golightly than Cruella Deville!
