Baby Shower Diaper Raffle?

I think I know this answer but... I still want to ask in case there is hope. My cousin is throwing me a baby shower. she had not spoken much about her ideas and what she planned on doing, so I left it alone. I just thought it was great she offered.

I received my invitation and forgot about telling her how great it would be to have a diaper raffle until after the invites went out.

I had a diaper raffle for my first child and it was GREAT with how much we saved on diapers. My question to you is... Would it be tacky to send out an addition to the invite through the mail regarding a diaper raffle or to send out a cute email after all invites have gone out saying there will be a raffle?
