People who do not put make up or much make up do not understand the power of the eyeliner. I've seen very skilled make up artists take their eyeliner off, and they look like a different person! If you make any mistake, dip a cotton tip (Q-tips/Cotton buds) into eye make up remover and gently rub the mistake off. If all else fails, remove all eye make up and do over. Remember to powder the bottom of the eye when you are down. Eyeliner tip: To make eyes appear wider, trace the lower inner rims of eyes with a white pencil. You can also simply use a white pencil to make a ">" and "<" shape at the corners of your eye to make your eyes "sparkle" or have a "bright" effect. You want to go as natural as possible in the day, so my advice is to use brown eyeliner and save the black for night. For morning events, use brown eyeliner very sparingly.
