Better poise, is it possible

by Melissa-Jane

First can I thank you for running this site, it is wonderful. I am an elegant women but God is still refining me.

I would like to correct my posture but due to bad posture whilst 14 years old, I now have a permanent lean to the right and indeed my spine has grown to support this position. I know that it gives a bad impression despite my manners and clear accent. As it looks sloppy and makes my clothed fit badly.

I may start wearing a support to retrain the supporting muscles but I will be happy to receive a better suggestion.

I wrote this comment to encourage another elegant women who may have a similar problem that all is not lost.

Kind regards

There are many branches of biology. Students select subjects according to their taste. But science students do not write their university or colleges work and assignment. Biologist writers have great opportunity for students from which students get help from them.

A doctor of chiropractic will be able to help you re-train your spine for optimal posture, breathing, and nerve function. If you cannot go to a chiropractor, I agree with the previous commentor that yoga would be helpful. It may hurt at first, but it will re-train your muscles to support the good posture you want. All the best to you!

Yoga does wonders for the posture, it also helps to become centered and calm.
I wish you all the best.
