How do I elegantly respond to "Oh you shouldn't have!"

I never know what to say when I give a gift and the response is, "Oh, you shouldn't have!" I feel awkward and usually respond with, "Oh, but of course!" or "No problem at all!".

What is an elegantly way to respond to this? Thanks in advance!
