How Do I RSVP

I just got an invitation to a work associate's wedding and there is no request for an RSVP. It's a very traditional Jewish wedding and I'm not familiar with the customs. Should I respond in writing to the return address? I don't know who sent the invitation, so addressing it is a problem.

All the parents & step parents are listed as hosts. Can I send a note to his work address and assume he'll get the info to whomever is keeping the guest list?
