Ask to see your lecturer after class and have a private conversation with her.

Request her to keep your conversation private and not reveal your identity in case she asks for class feedback.

Some lecturers enjoy students asking questions...it makes them feel heard, more important. It also assures them that they are doing it right, being effective. They may not know other students find her class hard to follow.
