Since having had the good fortune of coming across ElegantWoman.Org I have felt such a clarity of purpose fill my heart, gently overflowing into all aspects of my life.

Since I was a little girl I have been slowly refining myself towards a blurred ideal of perfect femininity, in the hope that one day I might stand before a mirror and finally recognise myself. But until very recently I had never known quite why I have always felt the intrinsic need to become this person. The pages of ElegantWoman.Org allowed me to decipher my own ambition, putting into words many of the ideas and dreams I have had strolling around my mind for years.

I also found hope here, for there is a very great comfort in the knowledge that other women share my dream of becoming truly elegant. After reading every word of ElegantWoman.Org I felt that I was finally able to vanquish the shadow of unjustified guilt I had always felt for wanting so ardently to be a lady. I now feel that being passionate about self improvement is not vanity but virtue.

Equipped with this new knowledge, I am overjoyed to find that every decision in my life is made simple (or at least, very much simpler). Which course of action is the most elegant; which choice of words the kindest to all parties? The answers to these little questions allow me to see what the right thing to do is in every situation, a knowledge that manifests into confidence and calm.

Knowing what I expect of myself has been one of the most liberating things I have ever learnt.

I would therefore like to thank Eunice from the bottom of my heart, and to implore any woman reading this testimonial to express your gratitude to her also. Pursue the perfection of your character above all things. I now do, and I have never felt happier, had more self respect, or known such freedom.

Kindest regards,

Security Gear

Security Gear - Before making any purchases, check with your local government to confirm what is possible when it comes to arming your security team. In the United States, this is usually less of an issue than in other countries, but each locality has its own regulations. Established security companies will be up to date on their community’s laws and regulations and will save you the hassle and expenses of security gear purchases, maintenance and training.

Will the Real Me Come Forward NEW
by: Anonymous

For many years I have been drawn towards being an elegant lady - I have always referred to it as being 'gracious' and believed it to be a dying, if not nearly dead, art. I identify so strongly with many of the comments as I have felt that my desire was somehow wrong and selfish, far too self-centred. Since finding this site a few days ago I have read - devoured - everyone word, and find that some posts from other readers cause me to have tears running down my cheeks. I have a very long way to go to be the person I want to be as life over the last few years has 'knocked the stuffing' out of me almost entirely, but I no longer feel that to desire something for myself is 'selfish'. I know that to desire beautiful surroundings and to look and be the best I can be is not selfish. I think it really hit home most beautifully in one simple statement by Eunice, "To become more elegant, spend time with God." God wants us to be the best we can be because only then can we give the best we can give, and experience the greatest satisfaction.

A. When reading your statement i felt like i was reading about myself.......i also felt why do i feel so passionately about doing the right thing and being an elegant lady. I think there is a lot worse things we can aspire to become........also how much do you admire and respect people that are ladylike, elegant, silently confident and effortlessly chic. I also agree with you on how amazing Eunice is to open up this great blog and let us all into her world. As this is a universal blog it just goes to show us ladies are all the same and we all just want to be the very best we can be. xxxx
