Name change question

Name change question

My maiden name is Ardoin, and my married name is Fontenot. I am divorced and have kept my married name since the divorce. I am now recently engaged and am unsure of how to handle my name change. My future husband's last name is Blanchard.

I figure that I have the following options:

Go back to maiden name only

Take Blanchard only

Hyphenate Ardoin-Blanchard

Hyphenate Fontenot-Blanchard, for the sake of having same last name as the kids?

Please help, I am so confused.
