It is true that we should never point out someone else's lack of manners but if someone were to burp in my face, I would be offended.

If she does it to you again, keep a straight face and cover your nose with your hand, and say, "Please do not do that to me again."

Then carry on your business. And continue your matter. I hope she will get the hint.
